Welcome and thanks for visiting.

Several years ago I began writing short stories and have been lucky enough to have three published. One of those stories inspired an idea for a novel, which as the work progressed, has become nothing like the original story. I have published the first chapter here if you are interested or bored, or… First Chapter

Much of what I have written over the years has ended in a drawer or in the bin, however there are bits and pieces which I will share as I find them, as well as snippets of poetry which I started to write last year.

Based in beautiful Western Australia with my gorgeous writing companion I write, read, collect things and take photos of the places nearby.

My writing goals, not in any particular order –

1. finish my novel

2. get it published

3. learn as much as I can

4. share what I learn

5. have a blast along the way.
